Please note that processing may be slower during weekends and public holidays, depending on the location of the production facility. To expedite processing, ensure that the following conditions are met:

• You have uploaded complete shipping information, customer details, and order details.
• You have provided the correct design file according to our guidelines.
• You have paid the fulfillment fee for the order.
• If you are a new customer or have not collaborated with us for an extended period, our support team must receive notification of your order.

The production time for each product offered by BackerFlow Fulfillment may vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of the product, material availability, and current demand. Orders with multiple products or a combination of 2D and 3D items may experience longer production times due to the difference in production methods.

Customers can view the average production time for individual products by visiting the Production Statistics page on our website. Additionally, you can track real-time prod uction status within the Product Stats section of your seller dashboard.

• For orders shipping within the US, the average delivery time is between 8 to 15 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, time of year, and shipping partner regulations.
• Shipping times for international orders may vary and will be influenced by location, customs procedures, and shipping regulations in different countries.

Shipping partner restrictions limit package weights to no more than 2 kilograms, and package dimensions should not be excessively large or cumbersome. If an order exceeds these weight or size limits, it will be divided into multiple packages, with shipping costs calculated accordingly based on the number of packages and product quantities.

If your order includes both 2D and 3D products, priority will be given to shipping the 2D items first, as they typically have shorter production times. Orders containing multiple items of different categories may have separate shipping times.
