CANCEL ORDER

Before placing your order, please review our cancellation policy carefully to ensure you understand the procedures and limitations. Once an order enters production, cancellations may not be fully possible, and additional costs may apply.

1. Submitting, Canceling, Modifying Orders

BackerFlow Fulfillment operates fully automated production facilities designed to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. To maintain this efficiency, orders can only be canceled or modified before they enter production. Once in production, changes may not be accepted, and cancellation requests may incur fees.

Order Submission Deadlines:

  • Orders must be submitted before 1:30 PM for same-day processing.
  • Orders submitted after 1:30 PM will be processed on the following day.

Order Submission Deadlines:

  • If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change size, color, or quantity), contact BackerFlow Fulfillment's customer service team before the order enters production. Be sure to provide your order details promptly to assist our support team in making any changes on time.

Important Note:

  • Urgent orders (marked for expedited production) cannot be modified once submitted.

2. Product Cancellation

Once an order enters production, cancellation requests may not be accommodated. However, if the product has not yet started production, you may cancel the order following the timeframes below:

  • Ornament Products: Cancellations must be requested before 2 PM on the same day the order is submitted.
  • Urgent Orders: Cancellations are not allowed for urgent orders.
If you wish to cancel production, you must contact BackerFlow Fulfillment customer service before the cutoff time. Please note that not all production cancellation requests will be accepted, as our production facilities operate to ship orders as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Cancellation

Once an order has entered the shipping phase, it may be too late to cancel the shipment. However, you may request a shipping cancellation if the order has not yet been processed for delivery.

Shipping Cancellation Timeframes by Product Type:

  • Drinkware Products: Cancellation requests must be submitted before 9 AM the day after the order date.
  • 2D Printed Products: Cancellation requests must be submitted before 2 PM the day after the order date.
  • Other Products: Cancellation requests must be submitted before 2 PM, two days after the order date. Important Notes:
  • Urgent Orders: Shipping cancellations are not allowed for urgent orders.
  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

4. Incurring Costs for Late Cancellations

If a cancellation request is received after production has started, any incurred costs for materials and labor will be deducted from the refund. The remaining amount will be refunded to your account.
